PRIVACY
Pink Star Design is fully committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by our secure server.
We are not involved in the selling, trading or alternative unauthorized use of personal information. We promise that we will not pass on your personal details to any other organizations other than those directly involved in the creation of your product eg. our commercial printers or where we would be required by law to do so.

SECURITY
Pink Star Design wants to ensure that all of our customers can shop with complete confidence online. We have taken every possible measure to give absolute security to our customers in their dealings with us.
We have created a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet
Our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
COPYRIGHT
All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Pink Star Design. A copyright is a property right in an original work of authorship. Copyright is recognized in most contrived of the world by statutory copyright laws. Copyright exists in the expression of an idea, but not the idea itself. Copyrightable expressions can take many forms but are usually categorized as literary, musical, dramatic, pantomime and choreography, pictorial, graphic, sculptural, computer programs, motion pictures and sound recordings. To obtain permission to use Pink Star Design copyrighted works, please e-mail or submit your detailed request in writing.
DELIVERY CALCULATIONS
Delivery charges are calculated on weight and destination, with the total amount due shown on final invoice.
DELIVERY WITHIN UNITED STATES
Within the United States, we deliver your goods to you via United States Postal Service or reputable couriers where a signature is required upon receipt of the goods. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your goods will be made available at your nearest post office. As a signature is required upon receipt of your goods, we cannot deliver to P O Box addresses.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE UNITED STATES
All overseas deliveries are by international courier, which takes between 3 and 7 working days and is trackable on the internet. As a signature is required upon receipt of your goods, we cannot deliver to P O Box addresses. Please ensure that the address you supply for delivery is one where someone is available during the day to sign for the goods.
DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
We take great care packaging your goods to ensure they reach you in perfect condition and therefore cannot be held liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties or be held liable for any delay in delivery by third parties. Optional shipping insurance is available to the buyer and the buyer's expense.
PROOFS
Throughout the design process, we will email you electronic proofs to review and comment on. Due to the fact that Pink Star Design uses professional printing presses, a physical proof is not always available and we will advise you where this applies. Please note that proper calibration of your monitor may be needed to view the print colors of your document. Due to the professional printing process colors may slightly differ from the version on your monitor. Final signoff of all artwork is required by you prior to production.
CHANGES TO YOUR DESIGN
We allow you to change your custom print work at any time prior to final sign off and production, with a maximum of three changes. Additional changes will incur a fee of $50 USD per round of changes so we encourage you to review your artwork carefully to avoid these additional charges. No charges will be made where our designer has not made the specific changes outlined in your correspondence to us.
RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
NON-PERSONALIZED GOODS
Non-personalized products can be returned to Pink Star Design with a copy of your receipt within 21 working days from receipt of your products. Items must be returned in full and be in original and sellable condition.
Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different from the sample sent to you. Returns may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email. Postage & packaging costs are not refundable.
PERSONALIZED GOODS
Due to the nature of custom artwork, we do not give refunds unless the error or omission is a fault of Pink Star Design. If the error was on the proof you signed off, your design will be reprinted at your expense. It is the client's responsibility to ensure all text is correct at time of printing.

Returns may take 6 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email. Postage & packaging costs are not refundable.
CUSTOM MAPS
No refunds will be given once your first draft has been emailed to you due to the design work already undertaken.
